Anand Subramanian
Chief Executive Officer
Anand brings to ContextWeb extensive experience in technology sales and delivery. His background in both the pre- and post-engagement processes of consulting projects and thorough technical and sales knowledge allow him to make valuable contributions to all aspects of ContextWeb's business.Before joining ContextWeb, Anand was the Vice President of Product Development at Gobi, Inc., a provider of accessible home computing and Internet connectivity. From 1996 through 1999, Anand was responsible for managing a team of technology consultants and sales staff at iGate Capital. There, he was responsible for such major accounts as AT&T, Bellcore, and MCI. In the early 1990s, Anand built and ran a successful healthcare software business in Bombay, India. Anand received his Bachelor of Technology degree from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bombay in 1992.

Richard Sheldon
Chief Financial Officer
Richard brings more than 20 years of experience in finance, capital raising and strategy to ContextWeb. He has held management positions in both private and public companies and has been instrumental in directing the growth strategy, producing bottom line results.Richard has extensive experience in the internet, technology and services industries. Prior to joining ContextWeb, he provided CFO consulting and capital raising services to small and middle market companies. Richard has also held CFO positions at ECONnergy Energy Company, Concrete Inc. and Weatherford Global Compression Services. In addition, Richard was a business development executive at GE Capital and a strategy consultant at McKinsey & Company. Richard started his career at Arthur Andersen in London where he became a Chartered Accountant. Richard holds a M.A. from Oxford University and a M.B.A from Columbia Business School.

John Pavley
Chief Technology Officer
John brings more than 15 years of experience in design, development and maintenance of B2B and B2C applications and services with a deep knowledge of internet-related technologies.Prior to joining ContextWeb, John was the Vice President of Business Systems Engineering for Yahoo Search Marketing! In this position, he was responsible for building user interfaces, reporting systems, data pipelines and optimization applications. Prior to that, he was the Vice President of Ad Management Engineering at DoubleClick where he was responsible for creating the technical and business strategy for DoubleClick's Ad Management business focusing on acquisitions and new product development. John also held positions at Bitlocker, Flashpoint, Claris (Apple Computer), Apple Computer, Object Media and Letraset GDS. In addition, he has been instrumental in the creation of 6 issued utility patents in the fields of software components and product user interfaces. John holds a BA from Rutgers University.

Shanthini Sarkar
SVP, Operations and Product Management
Shanthini brings to ContextWeb years of experience in managing and executing projects ranging from mid-size to large applications. Her ability to direct large software rollouts requiring coordination between large numbers of people is especially suited for her role managing ContextWeb's relationship with its clients.Shanthini comes to ContextWeb from Gobi, Inc., a provider of accessible home computing and Internet connectivity, where she was the Assistant Director of Client Experience. In this role, Shanthini was responsible for timely order fulfillment and efficient customer service. At Gobi, she also served as Project Manager, overseeing the design, implementation and rollout of the in-house order management system. Shanthini's earlier positions included Lead Software Developer at Sapient Corporation. Shanthini holds a B.S. degree in Computer Systems Engineering from Stanford University and a M.S. in Computer Science from Columbia University.

Jay Sears
SVP, Strategic Products and Business Development
Jay is a senior business development and strategy executive bringing 15 years of management and operations experience in the information, e-commerce and online publishing businesses. His background includes two start-up Web publishing businesses.Prior to joining ContextWeb, Jay was SVP Business & Strategy Development for EDGAR Online for seven years where he drove the strategy that took the company from an under $1 million entrepreneurial business to a publicly traded NASDAQ company. He created over 300 partnerships including ones with Yahoo!, The Nasdaq Stock Market and Microsoft. Prior to EDGAR Online, he served as VP Marketing for Wolff New Media, the pioneering publisher of print and electronic guides to the Internet that was the subject of best-selling book Burn Rate by Vanity Fair media columnist Michael Wolff. Jay received his BA in political science from Kenyon College in 1989. He has presented at industry conferences and been quoted in major media including The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal and The Washington Post.

Robert brings extensive knowledge and experience in online media sales and management. He has a proven track record of building successful sales teams and identifying and reacting to emerging industry trends. He specializes in developing long term relationships with clients and agencies and utilizing the strengths of his company to match the needs of his clients. Prior to joining ContextWeb, Robert worked at Advertising.com for over 6 years and was most recently Director of Strategy. At Advertising.com, Robert started as an analyst and was promoted numerous times into various sales and sales management positions. Robert's team grew revenue by over 1,200% in 4 years and they were instrumental in selling Advertising.com's branding and behavioral suite of products. Prior to his work at Advertising.com, Robert was a financial analyst at AT&T.Robert holds a B.S. degree in Mathematics and Economics from Duke University.
