ADSDAQ™ Exchange to Expand Advertiser Product Line

ContextWeb to Add Capability for Content-Targeted Text Ads

NEW YORK CITY (December 5, 2007) ContextWeb, Inc. announced today it will offer text-based advertisements on its ADSDAQ advertising exchange in 2008, expanding its current offering from contextually-targeted graphical and rich media advertisements.

Advertisers will be able to contextually target over 350 categories (See Table 1) on the ADSDAQ exchange with the text ad format. Many ad agencies, search engine marketing firms and direct advertisers are accustomed to placing such ads on Google Adsense and Yahoo! Publisher Network via the Google AdWords and Yahoo Search Marketing programs.

"As ContextWeb looks to bring additional buyers into the ADSDAQ Exchange, content targeted text ads will offer them another option of creative control and be a great addition to our current graphical ad products," said Jay Sears, ContextWeb, Inc.'s Senior Vice President of Strategic Products and Business Development.

The text advertisements are to be offered as part of an ADSDAQ Exchange self service advertising platform expected to launch in the second quarter of 2008. Cost-per-thousand (CPM) and cost-per-click (CPC) pricing will be available with the new service.

The ADSDAQ Exchange

The ADSDAQ exchange currently offers advertisers access to more than 75 million monthly unique visitors (comScore, October, 2007). Nine of the top 10 marketing companies including Omnicom (agencies include Merkley + Partners, Element 79 and others), WPP (including Oglivy and others), Interpublic (includes DraftFCB and others), and aQuantative (including Avenue A/Razorfish and others) currently use the ADSDAQ exchange to run graphical and rich media content targeted campaigns. ContextWeb has a unique ability to contextually target ads in real-time at the page-level, not site-level.

About ContextWeb, Inc.

ContextWeb was founded in 2000 and launched the ADSDAQ exchange in 2005. The exchange's patent-pending, page-level technology offers advertisers efficient pricing and extensive reach, making inventory on the exchange comparable to a site specific buy. As of October, 2007, ContextWeb's ADSDAQ ranks among the top 25 ad-supported properties, according to comScore Media Metrix.

The exchange serves impressions from more than 350 advertisers and more than 2,500 publishers. Also in 2007, Deloitte's New York Region Technology Fast 50 recognized ContextWeb as the 17th fastest growing company in the New York area. ContextWeb investors include leading venture capital firms Draper Fisher Jurvetson and Updata Partners.
